Nailson Patrocinio, a dedicated personal trainer, understands the unique challenges faced by individuals over 50 and is passionate about helping them lead active and fulfilling lives. With his expertise and personalised approach, Nailson offers the Optimal Health 360 program, a comprehensive 12-week health and wellness program designed to address the changes that come with age, achieve weight loss goals and shape the body while attaining optimal health and well-being.

Philosophy: Nailson believes in taking a holistic approach to health and fitness. He recognizes that the ageing process affects individuals differently and that lifestyle factors significantly affect overall wellbeing. With a focus on prevention rather than cure, Nailson helps his clients to embrace positive steps towards improved health, empowering them to live their lives to the fullest.
