I love baking, reading, utilising my Raja Yoga Meditation, and going out for a fresh morning run. I adore dogs and listen to a little bit of Greg James in the mornings to start my day correctly. I hate spiders and my favourite off-season meal is chicken ramen followed by a lovely carrot cake.

As we age, it's important to prioritise our health and wellbeing. Nailson Patrocinio, a dedicated personal trainer, understands the unique challenges faced by individuals over 50 and is passionate about helping them lead active and fulfilling lives. With his expertise and personalised approach, Nailson offers the Optimal Health 360 program, a comprehensive 12-week health and wellness program designed to address the changes that come with age, achieve weight loss goals and shape the body while attaining optimal health and well-being.

Philosophy: Nailson believes in taking a holistic approach to health and fitness. He recognises that the ageing process affects individuals differently and that lifestyle factors significantly affect overall wellbeing. With a focus on prevention rather than cure, Nailson helps his clients to embrace positive steps towards improved health, empowering them to live their lives to the fullest.

Charlie, Student Personal Trainer

I am currently a Physiotherapy MSc student at Oxford Brookes. I have experience with training beginners and higher-level athletes, both in small groups and 1-to-1. I love anything sport and coaching and outside of my studies, I play netball, which helps me de-stress.

I’m an advocate for participation in physical activity and have a strong educational background on the physical and mental benefits. My particular interest is empowering women to feel confident in the gym, and I have extensive knowledge on how the menstrual cycle and menopause impact women’s training. My goal is to help everybody feel they belong in the gym and enjoy their time exercising!

Hi, my name is Emily! I am currently a BSc Sport and Exercise Science student at Oxford Brooke’s university with a passion for health and fitness. I know how nerve wracking starting your fitness journey can be but everyone starts somewhere, just like I did. I want to help women make that start and build confidence in the gym. Whether it’s getting those gains or simply moving your body, I’m here to support you wherever you need.
