I have a passion for fitness, health, and wellness, which is reflected in my experience of over 10+ years of training and over 5+ years of coaching within the fitness industry. I not only help people achieve their goals in the gym but I take the approach that health and wellbeing optimisation does not stop there.

I love baking, reading, utilising my Raja Yoga Meditation, and going out for a fresh morning run. I adore dogs and listen to a little bit of Greg James in the mornings to start my day correctly. I hate spiders and my favourite off-season meal is chicken ramen followed by a lovely carrot cake.
