Cancelling or freezing memberships
Cancellation of Direct Debit
You may cancel your membership for the following month by cancelling your direct debit instruction with your bank at least one working day before payment is due on 1st of that month.
Alternatively, membership can be cancelled by emailing email@example.com with your full name, membership number and instruction to cancel by the 15th of the month before you wish your membership to end.
Online security settings - update
We would like all of our customers to book and pay using our online solutions. We've upgraded the password security levels and have now replaced the use of pin numbers with a password. This password will need to be reset before using the app or 'Book Online' and you will be prompted to do this, although App users will need to log out first’.
Whilst updating your password, we would be grateful if you could check that your email address is correct and update it accordingly. Brookes students and staff are advised to use their Brookes email account. We have also set up communication campaigns where you can opt in to marketing which is relevant to you. All of this can be done via the 'Book Online' portal by clicking on the ‘My account’ button at the top right of the screen. For guidance, click on the help section.
By ensuring your information is up to date allows us to manage your records effectively, ensuring data held is current, as well as enabling efficient communication of important information to you.
This will require your password & email address registered to your Brookes Sport account.
