Overview

The Oxford Adapt programme is a non-credit bearing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) course delivered entirely online over a four-month period and structured into three integrated stages.

It was originally established in partnership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 2009 as a specialist training programme for property professionals in Asia. Since then, it has expanded internationally. Participants benefit from our personalised 1:1 support and have a strong record of success in progressing to the RICS Final APC interview and achieving professional qualification.

It's designed for professionals in the built environment and property sector who want to progress toward RICS Chartered status or strengthen their technical and professional expertise. It is ideal for those working in agency and brokerage, property investment and development, valuation, asset management, and property management. Professionals in related fields such as project management, facilities management, research and general management will also benefit by broadening their knowledge.

Together with technical foundations, participants receive structured 1:1 support in preparing all RICS submission documentation, including application forms, case studies, summary of experience, etc.

This final stage focuses on RICS ethics, policies and professional standards. Through guided learning, a series of 3 mock interviews, and RICS online ethics assessments, candidates are fully prepared for the final RICS interview.
