Localisation in Humanitarian Practice: Applying new learning in real-world perspectives: live webinar
Join Oxford Brookes University’s Centre for Development and Emergency Practice (CENDEP) for a live Zoom webinar exploring Localisation in Humanitarian Practice through a live case study.
Designed for practitioners working in the humanitarian and peacebuilding fields, this session examines how the localisation agenda can be put into practice to create a new humanitarian framework, establish new standards and lead to lasting solutions.
Delivered by Dr Brigitte Piquard, Associate Professor in Humanitarian Action and Peacebuilding, in conversation with graduates of the Humanitarian Action and Peacebuilding programme, the webinar will provide insights into real-life contexts where localisation is making a difference in practice.
