Tech Talent Charter

Oxford Brookes IT Services Directorate leads on the University’s commitment to the Tech Talent Charter. Actions include the formation of a Women in Technology (WIT) Network and positive focus on attracting, retaining and progressing women in technical IT roles.

“Our IT team at Oxford Brookes University has signed up to the pledges of the Tech Talent Charter because we are committed to attracting, retaining and investing in the development of female colleagues. The charter’s focus on HR policies that support the recruitment of a diverse workforce, as well as the growing network of organisations signing up, make it an extremely appealing addition to our talent management strategy.”
