Spirituality is a core part of our work in the Multifaith Chaplaincy. It can refer to formal gatherings in religious settings, like Jum'ah prayers or Bible study, as well as the things we do to nourish ourselves that are not necessarily religious, like breathing meditation.
All of our events and services are open to everyone, you do not have to have any particular beliefs or understanding to join.
