For just £20, Brookes Sport is offering students 14 consecutive days of access to its climbing and gym facilities and you can book fitness classes at Brookes Sport centres as well! When you purchase a Try January membership, you’ll also receive a complimentary free guest pass to one Brookes Sport activity, so you can take a friend or housemate with you to a climbing session, gym session, or fitness class!

Follow Brookes Sport on Instagram to hear more about offers and opportunities you can get involved with throughout the year.

Showcase your student project

Presenting your research as an undergraduate or taught postgraduate student is a great way to bring your work to a wider audience and develop new skills. Brookes Union societies and networks

One of the best ways to meet people and try new things at University is to join one of Brookes Union’s range of student societies. Whether you’re a first-year or you’re graduating in 2025, it’s never too late to try something new! Brookes Union also supports a series of Student Networks, which are centred around shared identities. They’re spaces for you to build communities and create change through collective action.
