KEEN Charity Pop Up (See how you can Volunteer!)

Meet KEEN on campus and discover how you can get started volunteering with KEEN to help young people join activities they often can't access

Meet KEEN on campus and discover how you can get started volunteering with the charity.

KEEN has been providing sporting, social and cultural activities for children and young people in Oxfordshire with all types of disabilities whether physical or learning disabilities and whether visible or invisible disabilities, for nearly 40 years. KEEN’s two principal aims are to ensure the provision of activities for those who might otherwise be excluded and to help foster a culture of inclusion in the region.

Volunteering is a major part of running our activities and our volunteers are from both universities and the local schools. Volunteering with KEEN helps support our young people in joining the types of activities they often can't usually access and we'll teach you new skills engaging in the local community as an additional experience alongside your academic studies for your future careers, and all in a fun social environment with other volunteers.
