Structuring your literature review (4 February)

Understand how to use headings and themes to help research, plan, and write your literature review

This session explains what a literature review is and how to write one. It explores the role and purpose of a literature review within a dissertation. The session will also look at the common features of literature review structures, including themes and headings. We will investigate what synthesising the literature means and the appropriate language to use when writing a literature review. This workshop should help you feel more confident about completing your literature review as part of your dissertation.
