How to get the most out of lectures and seminars
The Communication Lab aims to give you opportunities to meet and speak with other Brookes students in an informal, friendly setting. Have you ever struggled to pay attention during a 3 hour lecture or to share your views in a seminar? In this lab, we'll discuss strategies to make the most out of your lectures and provide you with tips and practice that will build your confidence to participate more actively in seminars.
We are now using Zoom scheduler to handle bookings on many Think Space events. When you click on the booking link you will be taken to a booking page. Click on the start time of the event and then fill in your details. Confirmation will then be sent to your google calendar and email and you can add a phone number to get a text message reminder. We will not use your phone details for anything except processing this booking.
