New students

Congratulations on gaining a place to study on one of our courses delivered at a partner college!

Welcome to Brookes

This section of our website explains what enrolment involves for new students studying at one of partner colleges. Once you've completed online enrolment, you will be able to access University services and resources and get your Oxford Brookes student card.

Online enrolment at Brookes

From Friday 1st September 2023, an ‘invitation to enrol’ email will begin to be sent to new students who have accepted an unconditional offer.

Please don’t worry if you don’t receive an invitation email on this exact date - it’s a rolling process. If you have applied in late August or September, there might be a delay in us contacting you. Don't worry if this is the case - you can still enrol at the college and complete online enrolment as soon as you are eligible.

Once you have met the conditions of your offer and this has been processed by the University, you will receive an email from Brookes explaining how to complete your online enrolment and giving you your student number and link to create a password. We will use the email address on your UCAS or application form.

If you haven’t received an email, check your junk folders and spam filters.

Enrolment at your college

Please note, you will need to complete enrolment with both Oxford Brookes (online) and with your college.

Please check with your college whether this will also be online or in person and for further details.

Brookes student ID card

Once you have completed your online enrolment with us, your student ID card will be sent to your partner college/university centre where it can then be collected.
