Pay your deposit

All international students will need to pay a deposit to secure their place at Oxford Brookes. This deposit will be deducted from your first tuition fees payment.

International applicants are required to pay a minimum £3,000 deposit to confirm their place and enter CAS Shield.

Applicants from India, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Ghana, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Libya, and Syria are required to pay a £5,000 top-up deposit to receive their CAS. To ensure a smooth application process, applicants are encouraged to pay their deposit as early as possible. Applicants who are required to pay a £5,000 top-up can opt to pay the full £8,000 deposit in one lump sum if they prefer. For deposit deadlines, please refer to our application dates and deadlines for September 2024 entry.

Please note that deposits can be refunded at the discretion of the University. You must first request a withdrawal in writing by emailing our Admissions team at admissions@brookes.ac.uk. A decision will then be made based on the University's refund policy (see point 10).
