Looking to add more physical activity to your week? We're really excited to be starting a weekly, free Brookes Active Swim Session. These sessions are open to all Oxford Brookes University staff and students.
The session is the perfect opportunity to add physical activity to your week and enjoy a swim. These sessions are uncoached and an opportunity for students and staff to enjoy our swimming pool. It is a lifeguarded open swim session.
The sessions will begin on Thursday 11th January 2024.
If your job allows, the Harcourt Hill Campus is a brilliant location to work. With a lot more parking than at Headington, it could be a good option to work there on Thursdays!
In addition to the Staff Swim session, there are lots of walking routes and open space to explore during a break to increase weekly activity. The Harcourt Hill Café is a great communal space to work in, with lots of space to spread out and get on with some work in a peaceful environment.
If you are based at Harcourt Hill all of the time, we also have our Wellness Wednesdays, which allows for all Oxford Brookes Staff and Students to use our gym facilities all day for free on Wednesdays.
