Whether you're looking to improve your wellbeing, build confidence in the gym or create healthy habits alongside your studies, Wellness Wednesdays provide a welcoming and supportive place to get started.
Designed to support both your physical and mental wellbeing, Wellness Wednesdays also help you connect with others and feel part of the Oxford Brookes community.
Alongside free gym access, you'll also find support services, Inclusive Gym Time and opportunities to connect with the wider Brookes Sport & Active Wellness community.

Crafternoon Tea offers a relaxed opportunity to connect with others, learn a new skill and take a break from studying.
Crafternoon Tea: Wednesdays, 1pm - 3pm
Garden Room, Buckley Building, Headington Campus
Unwind, chat, and try your hand at a craft. Bring your own project, learn something new, or join in our simple charity crafts. Drop in for as long or as little as you like, it is a calm, friendly space for students and staff.
