The School of Continuing and Professional Education (SCOPE) was established in January 1991 as an extension arm of the City University Hong Kong to serve the community. This consists of an International Foundation Programme, bridging the gap between students who have taken the Chinese National College Entrance Examination and the skills required to be successful on a UK undergraduate award and a three year BSc (Hons) Accountancy programme. Teaching and assessment are conducted exclusively in English but taught in China to the same standards as those delivered in the UK.
