Get help and support

Library staff are always happy to help.  Each library has a service point where you can ask about finding resources, referencing and anything else to do with using the library.  Our staffed hours are displayed alongside the opening hours for our campus libraries.

You can use our chat service for queries about using the library, including;

• how to find resources
• referencing
• other general questions

Chat is staffed 09:00am - 18:00pm Monday to Friday, 12:00pm - 17:30pm Saturday during semester

Chat is staffed 10:00am - 16:00pm Monday to Friday during vacation
