Funded under the HORIZON-WIDERA-2024-ERA-01 call, SEE-ERA will run from 1 February 2025 to 31 January 2028, bringing together 10 partners from six European countries (Albania, Croatia, Denmark, Greece, Romania, and the UK).

Research impact
A Holistic Approach to Sustainable Institutional Change. To achieve its goals, SEE-ERA will:
- Develop and deliver tailored mentoring and training programmes to strengthen intersectional and inclusive gender equality knowledge and skills in South East Europe.
- Create a Community of Practice by promoting mutual learning between stakeholders from South East and Northern Europe.
- Understanding existing processes to support research commercialization processes and support gender inclusive innovation in Higher Education.
- Implement a robust GEPs monitoring and evaluation framework to ensure long-term institutional change.
SEE-ERA project contributes forging new research careers, better integration of the gender dimension in research and innovation (R&I), knowledge valorisation and building stronger R&I communities and ecosystems in South East Europe.
