The Human Resources Directorate will investigate any complaint made regarding the recruitment process.

If a member of a selection panel feels that there has been any irregularity in the recruitment and selection procedure and the panel cannot resolve the matter at the time, they must report the matter without delay to the Director of Human Resources.

Any acts of discrimination and / or abuse of the recruitment process by staff may be treated as a disciplinary offence and dealt with through the University’s Disciplinary procedure.
