    Complaints relating to accommodation fees in light of COVID-19

    Please note that complaints made about the proper execution of policy decisions taken by the University are listed as an exemption under 11f of the Student Complaint Regulations and therefore cannot be investigated under the Student Complaints Procedure. If you wish to raise a concern about accommodation fees in the light of COVID-19, please outline your complaint via email to accommodation.query@brookes.ac.uk to be considered by the appropriate University authority.

    The Student Investigation and Resolution Team (formerly Student Disputes) is responsible for overseeing and advising students and staff on academic appeals, the student complaint procedure, student conduct and exceptional circumstances. We are also responsible for the regulations relating to these areas and can offer support and guidance in interpreting and applying them.

    The Student Investigation and Resolution Team is located at BCK 1.10 in the Buckley Building. We welcome students coming to see us or phoning to discuss any queries before engaging in any of the procedures.
