Feel Good Friday: How to be happy (30 January)

Come learn about happiness!

This online workshop series will focus on different wellbeing topics, to help you explore your wellbeing, build meaningful skills, and bring more positivity into your life. 

Come along and spend 30 minutes in the company of friendly people as we explore how to be happy.

We are now using Zoom scheduler to handle bookings on many Think Space events. When you click on the booking link you will be taken to a booking page. Click on the start time of the event and then fill in your details. Confirmation will then be sent to your google calendar and email and you can add a phone number to get a text message reminder. We will not use your phone details for anything except processing this booking.
