Feel good Friday: Sparking joy (20 February)

How to recognise and prioritise joy in your life

This workshop series will focus on different wellbeing topics, to help you explore your wellbeing, build meaningful skills, and bring more positivity into your life.

We are now using Zoom scheduler to handle bookings on many Think Space events. When you click on the booking link you will be taken to a booking page. Click on the start time of the event and then fill in your details. Confirmation will then be sent to your google calendar and email and you can add a phone number to get a text message reminder. We will not use your phone details for anything except processing this booking.
