Introduction to mindfulness part 3 (17 February)

Our 'Introducing mindfulness' course offers a practical introduction to mindfulness in only 3 weeks.

Please note that this is a three-week course and it is anticipated that participants will attend all three sessions.

We are now using Zoom scheduler to handle bookings on many Think Space events. When you click on the booking link you will be taken to a booking page. Click on the start time of the event and then fill in your details. Confirmation will then be sent to your google calendar and email and you can add a phone number to get a text message reminder.
