Oxford Brookes has invited Grit, an external organisation that delivers personal development programmes, to provide a workshop to support you to:
- make connections and form new friendships (with like-minded people)
- see new possibilities for yourself and your educational journey
- rekindle your motivation and find your focus
- gain more confidence and resilience
How will it work?
You will get access to experienced and skilled coaches trained to help you move forward and grow personally. They will help you see a new way of thinking about yourself, the people around you and your time at university.
Grit trainers will lead you through four key areas:
- connection
- expectation vs. reality
- goal setting
- support.
In the course of the day you will get access to experienced and skilled coaches trained to help you move forward and grow personally.
