The Terrace

  • Capacity: between 100 – 300 (subject to the type of event)
  • Size: 410 square metres
  • Features: panoramic views, outside seating area, retro van (coffee/drinks bar), dance floor (subject to chosen layout).
The Terrace is ideal for wedding receptions, award ceremonies, and drinks receptions.

The Terrace is encased within glass walls making it light and airy with clear views during the day and reflective surfaces at night. The Terrace is also home to V4N3SSA, our vintage Citroën van able to be used as a bar, making a great showpiece for functions and events.

Taylors Yard

  • Capacity: 80
  • Size: 164 square metres
  • Features: private entrance, easy access.

Taylors Yard is suitable for smaller functions, private dinners, and networking events.

The Central Courtyard

  • Capacity: 500 standing
  • Features: seating areas, function, and marquee space.

A leafy, green sanctuary, the courtyard has a great variety of plants, from existing trees through to ferns and bamboo. The mix of foliage provides visitors with distinct places to enjoy the outdoors. In warmer months, the lawn also offers a space to erect a marquee.

Catering

We offer a wide range of catering options for your event. Our hospitality team can provide menus for attendees with dietary requirements and provide suitable alternatives where appropriate. As standard, we can provide gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and halal options. Please visit our Hospitality page for further details.

Please note: we do not permit external catering. Catering is provided through our trusted catering partner, Gather & Gather who is committed to a high degree of ethical standards and ensures that catering meets the University’s sustainability agenda.
