Coaching

We offer a range of coaching qualifications.

We are an ILM accredited centre. We regularly deliver open and in-house ILM 5 certificate in coaching and mentoring and ILM 7 executive coaching courses. We can also deliver in-house ILM3 coaching courses.

Our Leader as Coach course is designed for seniors leaders wanting to develop coaching skills and to build a coaching culture in their organisation.

Our mission is to expand the knowledge base of coaching and mentoring by promoting cutting-edge research and teaching.

We demonstrate these principles by producing both high-quality research and publications and leading professional development at master's and doctoral level. The same focus underpins our consultancy and evaluation of programmes.
