Electronic Engineering (BSc top-up) Solihull College

BSc (Hons) - single

This course is a one-year top-up programme designed to enable students from Foundation Degrees (Engineering) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering to obtain a BSc (Hons) in Electronic Engineering.

It provides an education in electronic engineering, producing graduates who have the necessary range of skills and depth of understanding to successfully pursue careers as Incorporated Engineers working in the industry.

A distinguishing feature of this course is its practical and applied electronic emphasis, derived from local industry and staff expertise. Graduates should be able to work effectively in industry as part of design, development, research or maintenance teams.

Foundation Degree (Engineering) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Solihull College.

Holders of relevant foundation degrees or equivalent from other colleges or universities may be admitted if the modules they have studied are acceptable.

International students will normally have to study full-time unless they have full-time employment within the UK.

For September 2017 entry, this course is not available to international students requiring a Tier 4 visa.
