Partnership affiliate staff accounts

Request a new affiliate account

Staff based in our Partnerships who are involved in the teaching, management or administration of Oxford Brookes University (OBU) programmes are eligible for OBU affiliate staff accounts which allows staff to access a range of different services and facilities the University provides including:

  • your own Google@Brookes email account
  • access to the online library and careers resources
  • access to Student Information and Argos Reporting.

For teaching staff, this requst involves gaining Oxford Brookes faculty quality approval of proposed teaching responsibilities on a partnership programme.

The staff request forms below for both Professional Services/Support staff and Teaching/Academic staff must be completed and submitted by the staff member's Line Manager at the partner college, not the staff member themselves. 

Please note, requests usually take up to 2 weeks to be processed, or longer during busy periods.  

Request to change responsibilities

If you already have Oxford Brookes affiliate staff account but your responsibilities have changed, you will need to complete the Changed Responsibilities Request Form below. This will then be processed and reviewed by the relevant faculty team for approval.

Please note, requests usually take up to 2 weeks to be processed or longer during busy periods.
