The Multifaith Chaplaincy creates space for students and staff to gather in community. We offer a range of groups and activities to connect people with one another across the divides of course, nationality, or accommodation. Whenever you come to a chaplaincy event, you will find a warm welcome, just as you are.

Whoever you are, the Multifaith Chaplaincy is for you
Student Connect is a tool to help you to connect with another student who shares one of your interests. It is open to any current Brookes student. You simply fill in a short form and our team will do our best to match you up with someone who shares at least one of your interests.
These groups run weekly in teaching weeks 0-12 of semester 1 and 2. For information about support outside teaching weeks, please contact us by email.
Student breakfast: every Monday, 10.00am - 11.00am
from 21 September (week 1)
Start your week with a free breakfast. Meet other students, play card games, and socialise.
Date and time: Monday, 10.00-11.00am (drop-in)
Location: Garden Room, Buckley Building (ground floor), Headington campus
Student breakfast runs every week at the same time, and is for all students. The space is set up and facilitated by Rev'd Heather, Anglican Chaplain
International Student Club: Monday, 6.30 - 8.00pm
from 14 September (week 0); there will be no ISC on 21 September (week 1).
Practise your English, learn about British culture and customs, or share your own through games and conversation with other students and local volunteers.

Location: Think Space, JHB G.02 (off the Forum)
The International Student Club will run weekly in the same time and venue, except Monday 21 September). It is led by Jonnie and Gail, International Chaplains, with volunteers from the Christian charity Friends International.

Crafternoon Tea: Wednesday, 1.00pm - 3.00pm
There will be no Crafternoon Tea on 19 or 26 August, see you on 2 September.
Bring a craft if you have one, and join us for tea and a chat. There will be craft materials and colouring sheets, or you can simply come to meet other people in a relaxed environment. Drop in any time and stay as long as you would like.

Crafternoon Tea runs every Wednesday in the Garden Room. It is led by Rev. Kate, University Chaplain, and is open to everyone.
Conversation Café: Thursday, 1.00 - 2.00pm

Join us each week to connect and explore big ideas together. We talk about everything from identity, purpose and beliefs, to history, politics, and living authentically. Tea, coffee, and light snacks are provided. Come join the conversation!
