All members of the university community should feel able to recognise and, where necessary, complain about harassment and bullying with confidence that their concerns will be treated seriously and investigated promptly and fairly.
The Anti-Harassment and Discrimination Policy outlines the behaviours expected of our students, staff and visitors and explains how staff and students who feel they have been subject to harassment or bullying can raise a complaint. It should be considered as the principal policy.
In addition to the Anti-Harassment and Discrimination Policy, Oxford Brookes has a variety of associated policies which may be relevant in specific situations.
