Contact us on to start your learning journey with us today

From the point of your initial inquiry, you will work with one of our developer-consultants, either a member of our team based at our Wheatley campus, or one of our trusted, expert affiliates who support our consultancy, knowledge exchange and research activities.

We offer high quality courses, workshops and accredited programmes in Oxford, online or at a location of your choice in the UK or overseas. We can develop these to meet your specific needs, including seeking recognition for the study plans we create from the Institute of Leadership and Management, where appropriate.

We use a range of course designs and technologies to provide leading-edge staff development which challenges and engages. Our approach is evidence-based and scholarly, allowing us to design bespoke interventions which meet your needs.

Our breadth of expertise and work in the last five years includes:

    • workplace coaching
    • change management and participative process review, course design, including online development and inclusive learning environments
    • teaching, assessing and supporting learners
    • developing teaching scholarship
    • supporting claims for the professional recognition of HE teachers

Many of our resources are freely available and some are very widely cited, including those by former colleagues in the OCSLD, such as the reflective cycle of learning developed by Graham Gibbs. View and order copies of our publications - many are free and available as open educational resources.
