Student News
Student News is Oxford Brookes’ official student newsletter, which is sent to all students by email fortnightly during semester-time, and monthly during the summer. The newsletter provides a round-up of relevant news, academic updates, events, opportunities, wellbeing support, and travel and safety information from across the University.
All-student emails sent from ‘Brookes Communications’ are corporate announcements that are time-critical or that need to be disseminated simultaneously to all students. This may include emergency communications, reports of serious incidents or important campaigns.
Digital screens on campus
Digital screens across our campuses provide visual prompts and information for students. The screens are used to promote events and activities, reminders, updates and student campaign messages.
The University’s main social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Weibo) are managed by colleagues in the Marketing, Recruitment and Engagement (MRE) Directorate.
