- Support and facilitate organisational effectiveness & health (the ability to adapt to effectively deliver current and future strategic aims and sustain performance) focusing on our people’s central role to this.
- Ensure a strategic approach to areas such as organisational culture, staff engagement, leadership development, performance management, and organisational learning.
- Support organisational change from a people perspective to achieve sustained change through effective engagement and support.
- Provide a learning and development portfolio to support the strategic aims of the University
- Support interventions at department, team and individual level to enable adaptation to changing needs and requirements from knowledge/skill development to team effectiveness or behavioural/culture shift.
- Support coach development and coordination of our Coaching Pool
