At Oxford Brookes we pride ourselves on using local Oxford suppliers and ethically sourced, sustainable foods. All of our eggs are free range and our fish is MSC accredited. All our teas, coffees, sugars and bananas are Fairtrade, supporting farmers and workers in the developing world through fair terms of trade. Our Chefs work in partnership with our suppliers to bring you the very best in ingredients, using fresh, seasonal produce in every dish!
Our bespoke menus cater to a wide variety of dietary needs; Halal, Vegetarian, Vegan (vn) and Gluten free (NGCI).
