Would you like some interview practice?
Members of staff looking for interview practice can volunteer to be one of our 'applicants'. You will be applying for a simulated role where you will submit an edited application form.
The mock interviews take place after lunch on the second day of our Introduction workshop.
Normally you will be interviewed by two different panels with each interview lasting approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
The benefits include 'practice' interviews in a safe environment, feedback on your performance (and for you to provide feedback on the panels performance), a £20 book or Marks and Spencer token and lunch.
