How to Book

All climbing sessions at Brookes Climb must be booked ahead of time, please see below the process for doing this. 

All under 18s must be accompanied by a supervising, paying adult. 

Please book in plenty of time as some of our peak climbing sessions reach capacity quickly. 

Please note that Pay As You Go users can book activities up to 7 days in advance, whilst Direct Debit, Annual, and Monthly paid members are entitled to priority booking of up to 10 days in advance.

When booking a session through the App or Book Online portal, a Pay As You Go users' booking will not be secured until payment has been received. It will also not secure a space on the session, so you must pay to ensure the space is booked. 

Climbing Participation Agreement

All users of the Brookes Climb, climbing centre must complete the Climbing Participation Agreement.

If you are restricted from booking, your Climbing Participation Agreement may be out of date. You must renew on an annual basis. 

To renew, please complete the Climbing Participation Agreement and allow 24 hours for this to be processed by our admin team.

Booking Process

To book, all climbers must either have a Brookes Sport membership or be registered as a Pay As You Go user

Once registered, everyone must then complete the Climbing Participation Agreement. You will recieve email confirmation once this has been added to your account.

You will then be able to book sessions. All climbers must book in advance via the Brookes Sport app on Android or IOS, or our Book Online portal. 

This will require your password & email address registered to your Brookes Sport account. If you do not know your password, please visit our Book Online portal to reset your password (you will need your member ID to complete this process).

Each session is limited to 85 climbers and sessions run for 2hrs 20 minutes therefore, please leave promptly at the end of your session to make way for the next cohort. 

Due to limited numbers in the climbing wall, ALL climbers, regardless of age will need to be registered, paid for and have completed the Climbing Participation Agreement, even if you are supervising juniors. To register, visit the Join at Home portal and click on the link to complete the Climbing Participation Agreement at the end of the registration process.

If you are either 

  • An existing adult climbing member and unable to book onto a session, your climbing participation may have expired. To renew this, please complete the Climbing Participation Agreement and please allow 24 hours for this to be processed by our admin team.
  • An existing child member (has booked into NICAS/Rock Stars/Junior open sessions) you are now required to complete the climbing participation form too. Please complete the Climbing Participation Agreement to do so.

  • 15:00 - 17:20 (peak slot, please book in advance)
  • 17:30 - 19:50 (peak slot, please book in advance) 
  • 20:00 - 22:20 (peak slot, please book in advance) 

Saturday & Sunday (peak slots, please book in advance)
