Canterbury House is a partnership hall managed by A2Dominion and is the newest of the A2Dominion halls in Oxford. Students can apply for partnership halls through the university's normal application process however payments and contracts will ultimately be with the provider rather than the university. All A2 Dominion contracts for the 2024/25 academic year run for 50 weeks from Monday 9 September 2024 until Sunday 24th August 2025.
Contract takeovers with A2 Dominion starting at a later date will still end on 24th August 2025.
The price includes all of your utility bills, basic contents insurance and inclusive travel on the BROOKESbus network (BROOKESkey account required).
There is no deposit or reservation fee required to secure your booking.
Contents insurance is provided with your accommodation for a mandatory one-off cost of £5.00, payable to the A2Dominion Accommodation Office at the time of securing your accommodation booking.
Rent is paid in 12 instalments on the first of each month from September until August. Your first instalment due on 1 September will be before you move in. Other payment options are available; please contact A2Dominion on email@example.com to discuss this.
If you live in this hall your contract will be with A2Dominion. Your rent will be payable directly to them, not Oxford Brookes. If you leave the university you may still be financially liable for the costs associated with your tenancy.

Canterbury House is located on the Cowley Road just a 27 minute walk from the Headington Campus. The area is very popular among students with its range of coffee shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. The accommodation is close to local bus links, taking you straight into Oxford and the Cowley Templars Square shopping areas.
