Accommodation applications for September 2026 open in mid-March. Invitation emails will be sent to firm and insurance applicants. Please take time to look at our halls and application information.
The contract lengths and yearly prices are based on the contracts starting in September 2026 unless stated otherwise - please see the individual hall pages for each hall's contract dates.
For contracts lengths and yearly prices starting at any other time, please contact accomm@brookes.ac.uk for more information.
Students looking for accommodation later in the year are welcome to contact us for details and availability - contracts starting later will be shorter in length than those advertised as contract end dates are fixed.
