Overview

Clive Booth Student Village is the biggest accommodation site and is perfect for meeting new people! The site includes the Postgraduate Centre and the ensuite and non ensuite undergraduate blocks.

Set in and amongst trees and greenery, Clive Booth Student Village has a relaxed but social atmosphere. Blocks A & B were built in 2010 and benefit from en suite shower rooms.

All of our halls are self-catered with each flat having its own shared kitchen for you to cook your own meals.

Facilities: laundry facilities, bicycle storage and hall office. The hall reception area benefits from Amazon Lockers, Desktop PC's and a printer. An on site shop (Nisa) is now open.
Common spaces: cinema room, study space, wellness room, games room and bookable communal kitchen (in addition to the communal kitchen space, each flat has its own kitchen). Common spaces are in New Clive Booth and accessible to all Clive Booth residents.

Announcement Building work is set to take place on the Clive Booth Student Village site until Spring 2028. This currently includes the internal fit-out of the new Cherry Building. There will also be ongoing landscaping and a new innovative project continuing into 2026/27. This work is part of our sustainability commitments to reduce carbon emissions. The ongoing work will include increased traffic and some levels of noise at times. Good practice will be followed to minimise disruption as much as possible. En suite single study bedrooms: £185.99 per week
Total: £7,041.05 for 38 weeks

38 week contracts for the 2025/26 academic year run from Saturday 13 September 2025 until Friday 5 June 2026.

Academic year 2026/27

En suite single study bedrooms: £191.59 per week
Total: £7,253.05 for 38 weeks

38 week contracts for the 2026/27 academic year run from Saturday 12 September 2026 until Friday 4 June 2027.

Payments

You'll pay your rent via the Accommodation Portal.

Room furniture and furnishings

Bed linen is not provided. Bedding, cleaning and kitchen/dining packs for University-managed halls can be pre-ordered through the accommodation portal after accepting your accommodation contract. Find out more on Purchasing Optional Extras.

Clive Booth Student Village is a 10 minute walk from the Headington Campus and a 12 minute walk from the Marston Road Site. The hall benefits from local bus routes, providing easy access into the city centre. It is also walking distance to the popular Cowley Road area where many of our students socialise.
