Paul Kent Hall has recently undergone refurbishment.
In addition to the en suite flats it also has 17 large rooms in flats with shared bathroom facilities. These are flats of 5 or 6 with two toilets and two shower rooms per flat.

Contracts for the 2024/25 academic year run for 38 weeks from Saturday 14 September 2024 until 6 June 2025.
Longer contracts will be offered to students on the following courses to accommodate the longer course length:
Nursing students - 42 week contract from 14 September 2024 to 7 July 2025.
Midwifery students - 47 week contract from 14 September 2024 to 11 August 2025.
The price includes all of your utility bills, basic contents insurance and inclusive travel on the BROOKESbus network (BROOKESkey account required). Free Wi-Fi is provided to students across most Oxford Brookes University sites.
A complimentary internet connection in the hall is provided by WiFinity and whilst every effort will be made to ensure the connection is stable, the University does not accept liability for any loss of connection due to technical problems.

Paul Kent Hall is in the Cowley area on a BROOKESbus route to the Headington Campus. Alternatively you can walk or cycle from this hall to your lectures. It is also very close to other Cowley-based halls: Crescent Hall and Parade Green. The area is very popular among students with its range of supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and clubs.
In the evenings and at the weekend the BROOKESbus also connects our Cowley halls to the Cowley Road and City Centre. Local bus links are also available throughout the week and weekend.
