Announcement Building work is set to take place on the Clive Booth Student Village site until Spring 2028. This currently includes the internal fit-out of the new Cherry Building. There will also be ongoing landscaping and a new innovative project continuing into 2026/27. This work is part of our sustainability commitments to reduce carbon emissions. The ongoing work will include increased traffic and some levels of noise at times. Good practice will be followed to minimise disruption as much as possible. Please see the Estates Development webpages for further information on the works and their progress.
