Oxford Brookes Staff Memberships

To qualify for an Oxford Brookes staff membership, a valid Oxford Brookes University ID must be shown during your first visit and will be activated to become your Brookes Sport membership card.

Off-peak times: 

  • Gym: before 2pm on weekdays and anytime at the weekends 
  • Fitness Classes: before 2pm on weekdays only 
  • Climbing & Bouldering: anytime before 2:50pm on weekdays only

Please note that due to our extensive student sport programme, there are fewer badminton booking slots in term time.

Climb Membership

  • Monthly Direct Debit price: £26 
  • Annual price: £235  
    • 12 months for the price of 9
  • Must complete the Climbing Participation Form

All-Inclusive Membership

  • No joining fee
  • Monthly Direct Debit price: £30 
  • Annual price: £270

Additional membership types

Short-Term Memberships

In addition to our monthly and annual memberships, we also offer student and staff 1 month Fitness and All-Inclusive memberships with payment upfront. 

This option is ideal for those at Oxford Brookes for a short period of time or without a UK bank account.

  • 1 Month All-Inclusive Price: £35.00
  • 1 Month Fitness Price: £25.00

Partner and Child Add-Ons

We believe physical activity is a social activity, so why not get your partner or child involved in the fun? 

We offer discounted partner and child add-on memberships. Both members must have the same address and the primary member pays for both memberships.  The primary member must be paying a membership fee equal or greater than the add-on member and both memberships have to be the same type (Direct Debit or Annual).
