Student life can be stressful - you're adapting to a new place, new people, new accommodation. All of this can be exciting and enjoyable but it can also sometimes feel overwhelming. It’s quite normal and it’s okay to ask for support at these times.
We have an extensive support network for students at Brookes which includes:
- Head into Brookes: Before you start your course you can access Head into Brookes which includes resources and events to help you prepare and get the best possible start at university.
Student Support: Inclusion, wellbeing and mental health support to enhance your learning, emotional, physical and spiritual life at Oxford Brookes.
Student Support Co-ordinators (SSCs): Your first point of contact for any queries relating to your course.
International Student Advice Team (ISAT): Support for international students.
Student Central Advice Team: For information and advice once you are studying at Brookes.
If you can’t find what you need, email induction@brookes.ac.uk and just ask.
