Your user account

All staff and students are given a Brookes user account that allows you secure access to the University network and systems.

A student user account comprises of your student number and your password. These details allow you to log into all University systems, including:

You can not access any of these systems until you are fully enrolled.

If you have forgotten your username and password, email after 23 August.

To log into Google and Eduroam, you need to add after your staff/student number.


Zoom is a video conferencing platform used at Brookes for online induction events and may be used during your semester teaching. You might participate in lectures or seminar-style Zoom meetings with your class, or watch recorded Zoom meetings in your own time. Your Academic Advisor and Student Support Co-ordinators may also use Zoom for some drop-in office hours.
