Edna Rose and Champneys Court are current student partnership halls managed by A2Dominion.

All of our halls are self-catered with each flat having its own shared kitchen for you to cook and eat your own meals.

Returning students can book partnership halls through the university's normal process however payments and contracts will ultimately be with the provider rather than the university.

Total: £9,242.50 for 50 weeks

A2Dominion contracts for the 2026/27 academic year run for 50 weeks from Monday 7 September 2026 until Sunday 22 August 2027.

Contract takeovers with A2 Dominion starting at a later date will still end on 22 August 2027.

Payments

There is no deposit or reservation fee required to secure your booking.

Contents insurance is provided with your accommodation by A2Dominion at the time of securing your accommodation booking.

Rent is paid in 3 instalments with the first payment due at the start of the contract.

Alternative payment plans are available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact A2Dominion at payments@a2dominion.co.uk to discuss your options.

If you live in this hall your contract will be with A2Dominion. Your rent will be payable directly to them, not Oxford Brookes. If you leave the university you may still be financially liable for the costs associated with your tenancy.

Tenancy terms and conditions

These halls are all operated by A2Dominion. Any tenancy for this accommodation is subject to their terms and conditions.

In accordance with Oxford City Council planning regulations, students in University Halls of Residences are not permitted to have a vehicle in the city or at their accommodation.

*whilst every effort will be made to ensure the connection is stable, the University/A2 Dominion does not accept liability for any loss of connection due to technical problems.

Room furniture and furnishings

Bed linen is not provided. Bedding, bathroom and kitchen packs can be pre-ordered through UniKitOut.

Edna Rose and Champneys Court is within walking distance of the Headington Campus and the Oxford hospitals. The central area of Headington with its range of shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants is just a few minutes' walk away.
