Parade Green was opened in 2019 and is a partnership hall managed by Unite Students.

Students can apply for partnership halls through the university's normal application process however payments and contracts will ultimately be with the provider rather than the university.

New 1st year students

En suite single study bedrooms: £195.03 per week (£7,411.14 for 38 weeks).
38 week contracts for the 2025/26 academic year run from Saturday 13 September 2025.

Current students (2nd, 3rd, 4th year)

En suite single study bedrooms: £195.03 per week (£8,191.26 for 42 weeks).
42 week contracts for the 2025/26 academic year run from Monday 1 September 2025.

Payments

New students allocated to Parade Green will be asked to pay an advanced rent payment of £250 when you complete your booking.

Your first rent payment will be due in September 2024. For new students the £250 will be deducted from this payment.

If you live in this hall your contract will be with Unite Students. Your rent will be payable directly to them, not Oxford Brookes. If you leave the university you may still be financially liable for the costs associated with your tenancy.

Location

Parade Green is in the Cowley area on a BROOKESbus route to the Headington Campus. Alternatively you can walk or cycle from this hall to your lectures. It is also very close to other Cowley-based halls: Crescent Hall and Paul Kent Hall. The area is very popular among students with its range of supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and clubs.

In the evenings and at the weekend the BROOKESbus also connects our Cowley halls to the Cowley Road and City Centre. Local bus links are also available throughout the week and weekend.
