Parade Green was opened in 2019 and is a partnership hall managed by Unite Students. Students can apply for partnership halls through the university's normal application process however payments and contracts will ultimately be with the provider rather than the university. Please ensure you read the Unite Students terms and conditions before applying.

Costs

Academic year 2024/25

  • En suite single study bedrooms: £187.53 per week (£7,126.14 for 38 week contracts - available to new 1 year students).
  • En suite single study bedrooms: £187.53 per week (£7,876.26 for 42 week contracts - available to 2nd, 3rd, 4th year and art foundation students).

38 week contracts for the 2024/25 academic year run from Saturday 14 September 2024.

42 week contracts for the 2024/25 academic year run from Saturday 31 August 2024.

Art foundation students will be offered a 42 week contract starting in early September 2024 as this matches their course requirements. This will be communicated closer to the time once confirmed by the faculty.


What's included?

The price includes all of your utility bills, basic contents insurance and inclusive travel on the BROOKESbus network (BROOKESkey account required).

Location

Parade Green is in the Cowley area on a BROOKESbus route to the Headington Campus. Alternatively you can walk or cycle from this hall to your lectures. It is also very close to other Cowley-based halls: Crescent Hall and Paul Kent Hall. The area is very popular among students with its range of supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and clubs.

In the evenings and at the weekend the BROOKESbus also connects our Cowley halls to the Cowley Road and City Centre. Local bus links are also available throughout the week and weekend.
