Parade Green was opened in 2019 and is a partnership hall managed by Unite Students.

Students can apply for partnership halls through the university's normal application process however payments and contracts will ultimately be with the provider rather than the university.

New students

En suite single study bedrooms: £202.83 per week (£7,707.54 for 38 weeks).
38 week contracts for the 2026/27 academic year run from Saturday 12 September 2026.

Current students

En suite single study bedrooms: £202.83 per week (£8,518.86 for 42 weeks).
42 week contracts for the 2026/27 academic year run from Monday 31 August 2026.

Payments

New students allocated to Parade Green will be asked to pay an advanced rent payment of £250 when you complete your booking.

Your first rent payment will be due at the start of October for UK Students and at the end of July for International students. For new students the £250 will be deducted from this payment.

Payment plans are available for both UK and international students. For more information, please contact paradegreen.general@unitestudents.com.

If you live in this hall your contract will be with Unite Students. Your rent will be payable directly to them, not Oxford Brookes. If you leave the university you may still be financially liable for the costs associated with your tenancy.

In accordance with Oxford City Council planning regulations, students in University Halls of Residences are not permitted to have a vehicle in the city or at their accommodation.

Location

Parade Green is in the Cowley area on a bus route to the Headington Campus. Alternatively you can walk or cycle from this hall to your lectures. It is also very close to other Cowley-based halls: Crescent Hall and Paul Kent Hall. The area is very popular among students with its range of supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. In the evenings and at the weekend the bus also connects our Cowley halls to the Cowley Road and City Centre.
