| Enrolment Team | Questions about completing online enrolment. Most international students will need to complete academic and financial enrolment, as well as the Right to Study checks. You must complete your enrolment by the deadline. |
| International Student Advice Team (ISAT) | Questions about your visa, including your eVisa. We also run trips and social events and the Global Buddies programme. |
| Student Central Advice Team (SCAT) | Any questions about University processes, particularly once the induction period is over. See their instructions to get an attendance letter. |
| Student Support Co-ordinators (SSCs) | Choosing modules and making a full programme. Adding and deleting modules. Information on additional language modules. If you arrive late, they can let you know what you've missed. |
| Academic Advisers | Learning about your programme and what is expected of you. Your Student Information page will show you who your Academic Adviser is. Ask your Student Support Coordinators (SSCs) if you're not sure. |
