Single en suite: £188.02 per week (£7,117.90 for 38 weeks).

38 week contracts for the 2025/26 academic year run from Saturday 13 September 2025 until Friday 5 June 2026.

The room price includes all of your utility bills and basic contents insurance through Howden.

A complimentary internet connection in the hall is provided by WiFinity*

You can also connect to free Wi-Fi on Oxford Brookes University sites.

Room furniture and furnishings

Bed linen is not provided. Bedding, cleaning and kitchen/dining packs for University-managed halls can be pre-ordered through the accommodation portal after accepting your accommodation contract. Find out more on Purchasing Optional Extras.

Note: Flats H3 and J1 in Westminster Hall kitchens have induction hobs, so please make sure you bring or buy suitable pans if you are allocated to one of these flats.
