Judo

Return to Activity guidance from British Judo Association.

A dynamic combat sport developed in Japan, Judo is one of the few martial arts based sports in the Olympics.

Using a combination of physical prowess and mental discipline, players attempt to lift and throw opponents onto the mat to score points for the win.

A great workout and ideal for those wanting to learn some effective self defence techniques.

You can find our Judo club on Instagram @brookesjudo.
