    How many modules can I take as a full-time student before having to pay additional module costs?

    • Your tuition fees entitle you to take up to eight modules during an academic year. Some courses have double modules, which will count as two.

    How many modules can I take as a part-time student?

    • International students pay per module that they study at Oxford Brookes.
    • You can study a maximum of 5 modules in an academic year (and no more than 3 modules per semester).

    How do I pay my tuition fees?

    • either in full at the beginning of each academic year or in two instalments at the start of each semester

    How does my sponsor pay my tuition fees?

    • your sponsor will need to provide an official letter of sponsorship detailing the invoice name, address and sponsorship amount. Your sponsor will then be invoiced by Oxford Brookes and will be required to pay the full amount within 30 days.

    Can I get a refund on my tuition fees?

    • as long as it's within four weeks of the start of the semester. The refund policy does not apply to students of Oxford Brookes International or students who go on a residential course within the first four weeks of a semester.
