Our overall aim is to provide excellence in health and safety and to promote a positive safety culture in our University.
We are committed to the health, safety, and wellbeing of our staff, students and visitors entering any of our University campuses and buildings; and committed to meeting the University's legal and moral obligations. This also extends to the challenges offered during world pandemics.
The Team works with Faculties and Directorates to deliver teaching, research and a wide spectrum of work activities safely.
For guidance and further information on reporting accidents, the University's, ' Accident, incident, dangerous occurrence and diseases reporting procedures and investigations policy', and the ' Frequently Asked Questions' (linked above) should be read.
